Finding Rest for My Soul

He ·gives me new strength [renews my soul]. He leads me on paths that are ·right [righteous; or straight] for the ·good [sake] of his ·name [reputation]. Psalm 23:3 EXB

Are you tired? Are you thirsty? Do you need rest for your soul? Are you lacking strength and feel like giving up? Do you feel like you cannot go on? You are invited to come and rest. You are invited to come and drink. There is a fountain of living water. There is rest for your soul. Are you unsure where you are going? Are you uncertain which path to take?

The Lord is saying, come to me. Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest, Matthew 11:28 KJV. Slow down. Take time with me. I have the answers for life. I am life. Come and find rest for your weary soul. It can only be found in me. I will lead you. There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death, Proverbs 16:25 KJV. I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go I will guide thee with mine eye, Psalm 32:8 KJV. I will lead you on the paths that are right.

As you rest, as you drink, you will be refreshed and refilled. Your soul will be at rest. You will hear His voice speaking clearly to you. And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left, Isaiah 30:21 KJV. The Lord will lead you in paths of righteousness, paths that are right, for His name's sake and for your good. As we allow Him to lead us on the right path, the straight path we will bring glory and honor to His name. As we seek Him, rest in Him and drink from waters of living water, our eyes will be enlightened. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path, Psalm 119:105 KJV.

Prayer: Lord, help me to slow down and hear your voice as you beckon me to come and find rest for my soul. Help me to seek your face and drink from the fountain of living water. May I humble myself and submit to you as you lead and guide me into the paths of righteousness for your name's sake. In Yeshua’s name, amen!
