The Love That Saves & Sustains

“But God demonstrates His own Love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Messiah died for us” - Romans 5:8 TLV.

“While we were still sinners” these are amazing words. God sent Yeshua to die for us, not because we were good enough, but just because He loved us and wanted us to spend eternity with Him. Whenever you feel uncertain about God’s Love for you, remember that He loved you even before you turned to Him.

Sometimes forgiving those who have wronged us can be difficult. Imagine the difficulty of forgiving all people no matter what they have done! Yet God has accomplished this in Yeshua. No matter what sin you have committed, you are never beyond the reach of His forgiveness. So how do we receive it? Repent, receive His forgiveness through Yeshua, commit your life to Him and thank Him for what He has done for you. He Himself is the sacrifice that atones for our sins (1 John 2:2).

“How much more then, having now been set right by His Blood, shall we be saved from God’s wrath through Him. For if, while we were yet enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, how much more, having been reconciled, shall we be saved by His life” (Romans 5:9-10). The Love that caused Yeshua to die is the same Love that has sent the Holy Spirit to live in us and guide us every day. The Power that raised Yeshua from the dead is the same Power that saved you and can be yours every day. Be assured that, having begun a life with Yeshua, you have a reservoir of Power and Love to call upon each day for help to meet every challenge or trial. You can pray for God’s Power and loving help as you need it. Now we can rejoice in God! (Romans 5:11). ake heed to the word of God! God is speaking!
