It's Impossible to Please God with Faith!

“But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that cometh to God must believe that He is, and that He is a Rewarder of them that diligently seek Him.” - Hebrews 11:6 KJV

Now, I’ve read this scripture numerous times, have even memorized it and quote it quite often, but recently when I heard the scripture, it hit me differently. The scripture says, ‘Without faith it is impossible to please God.’ The word impossible hit my spirit like it never did before.

To keep it simple, faith is trusting God! Lately, I have been on a faith journey. Increased focus or intentionally walking by faith. Like the fathers of old, God has required of me to walk by faith more than ever before. I can tell you it’s not been easy...BUT GOD! We all are required to have faith. We cannot truly believe God without faith. Many of us believe God exist, but the question is, ‘Do we trust Him?’

What I love about the Lord, is that He never said you need to have a lot of faith. The least that is required is mustard seed faith. Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief. For truly I say to you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. And nothing will be impossible for you. Matthew 17:20 MEV. Something can be very small but potent (strong and effective) It’s the quality of your faith, your trust in God that makes the difference.

If we do not trust God, we will and can never please Him. Let me say this another way. If we do not trust God, there is absolutely no other way that we can please God. Therefore, we must have faith! When we trust in God, believe that He is, we will diligently seek Him, and He will reward us. Trusting in God yield benefits.

I want you to ponder this...Do you really have faith - trust God?! If you do not trust Him, you will never please Him. Remember, faith even the size of a mustard seed is pleasing to God!
